My approach of yoga is based on traditional Hatha Yoga with great influence of zen: being present in every moment, every breath, every sensation, every thought that arises and that can either drag us out of the present moment or just pass by … the choice is yours !

Yoga for everyone!

My classes tend to be gentle yet effective: long warm-up and joint work, gradually building up the intensity and endurance, to finally indulge into a delicious relaxation (often accompanied by sound&vibrations)

What can yoga do for you:

  • open, stretch and strengthen your body and mind 
  • give you more flexibility
  • You will discover many other benefits of yoga during our sessions

New classes can open in Ixelles on request. Private classes in the studio or at your place.
