Fortunately the prenatal yoga is getting more and more available nowadays. 

It is indeed such a precious tool to cope with the physical and emotional difficulties of the changing body: accepting the change, honouring the present moment, relieving the tensions, creating space for yourself and your baby …

 

 

10 years of Pregnancy Yoga Experience

I studied pregnancy yoga under the guidance of three amazing women: Uma Dinsmore-Tuli (London, 2012), Gina Scarito (Brussels, 2014) and Carla Anselm from Open Sky Yoga (USA).

Zen Mom is a great opportunity to connect to other pregnant goddesses, to share and to feel supported and understood.
Other benefits of prenatal yoga: it reduces anxiety, improves sleep, helps blood circulation, relieves backache, brings more flexibility and strength (physical and mental) which will make you a truly zen mom.

Postpartum Yoga & Baby Massage

We love getting back together after the birth and first few accommodation weeks!

Open to all moms with their babies from 8 weeks up to 8 months. Each session is a special moment to share, to do some postpartum yoga and to massage your babies.

For these sessions, which I offer together with my dear colleague and friend, Edith Van Dooren, please contact me directly, we keep these sessions flexible.

Zen pregnancy through gentle yoga practice

 

Every session (private or group) includes relaxation, meditation, breathing, stretching and postures to help the mom-to-be to reconnect to herself and her baby, to honour her changing body accordingly, to prepare physically and mentally to have HER OWN birth, empowered and confident.

New classes can open in Ixelles on request. Private classes in the studio or at your place.
